P90X Workout Schedule

P90X workout routine fluctuations in the dual Classic and Lean:

P90X Workout Schedule

Classic is the most basic routine, normal type, the other two are based on fact. Lean is for those who want more of a heart and a little 'less than upper body strength. Doubles is the same as classic, but after 30 days you can increase the heart, both the AM and PM workout. The difference between these programs are a combination of different exercises on a daily basis, so that it is effective to accelerate and improve the results.

Classic: This routine provides three days of resistance (using weights or resistance bands which must be purchased separately), and three days of cardio and yoga.

Leah: This routine provides two days of resistance, and four days of Heart / yoga.

Doubles: This routine is nothing more than the standard program with additional cardio thrown in. Typically a person will do the regular schedule tomorrow and then will do the extra cardio at night. Its very intense and for people who want serious strength training.

We recommend starting with the classic routines or read first and let it double for when you are more advanced. It is laudable to want to run through the system as much as possible, but keep in mind that your body can not do everything. It is best to start slowly and increase, especially if you're not used to exercise. If you try to do too much too soon, only burns and 90 days never end.
